When you log on to Club Penguin and waddle to the Ski Village, you will see a Construction going on at the “Everyday Phoning Facility”, you will also see a Construction hat on the top left next to the “Tours” booth! Check out the Construction Below!

GUYS I JUST NOTICED SOMETHING. I think there is going to be another room. If you look in the HQ there is a closet. It is the same closet they had with the first EPF that led us to the command room. I think this EPF will be very different.
