New Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force Room Theory!
Hello Penguins, Waddleboy200 here to bring you my theory on the destroyed HQ! If you completed Mission 11, then you know that the Club Penguin Secret Agency HQ has been destroyed by popcorn! (If you did not do the mission, click here for the Mission 11 Club Penguin Cheats) If you go to the destroyed HQ, and see the “To Do” list, then you will find it spells the word “EPF”, which stands for Elite Penguin Force!
Also, when Billybob gave us a sneak peek on the Club Penguin Blog, he said that there will be some major upgrades around the island!
I think this will be the new Elite Penguin Force HQ, and maybe the PSA has joined with it! As you can see with the picture, it is still under construction, because there are cones and yellow tape!
So what do you think will happen? I am sure there will be a lot for agents upcoming soon!

Well , i think ” G ” has build the “EPF”. Maybe this means that we should always keep on striving hard ! And alsoo.. i think when “EPF” is built.. and there were missions.. i think Herbert will die in one of the mission! LOL.

I know my theory is this:The EPF sign it might only be for herbert’s revenge but if its for all then the PSA cant be PSA they will be the EPF and instead they will have an EPF suit which I saw recently on the Club Penguin Homepage and we will have different EPF suits and can get different badges thats my EPF theory.
Got ut remember when cd posted epf badges in cp. Well lets say if epf is new and better maybe when we do more missions at the epf hq we could earn the badges and gifts!So instead of a medal it’s a badge! Please read Chrisdog93, This is a really good theory!!!!!!!!!!!!
If you look at the bottom you will see half of the elite penguin force logo. This will be the new hq!It will prolbably be maybe in the epf room because there is not popcorn in there. Also thats why dot was there in the mission,it had to do with epf.
This may encourage me to get the new EPF game! Maybe, if it has anything to do with this!!
