- Log On To Club Penguin
- Click On The Club Penguin Times
- Go To Page A2 Of The Club Penguin Times
- Click On The Social Scene Text… (If you hover your coursor over the text it will appear orange).
Once you click the word’s Social Scene a message will appear from the PSA.
The Message Reads:

Do not worry. We are makeing plans…
We’ll update you very soon.

It looks like the Club Penguin Seacret Agency are makeing plans for a new Head Quarters.
