I stopped smoking 3 days ago and its beginning to hit me now. My significant other tells me I can’t complete it but I’m so serious on this I can. Today I began experianceing cramps inside my belly and I absolutely want to have a smoke. I will never give into the craving given that I am stopping for our child. I’m fortunate to have the e-cigs. It is often extremely helpful in my opinion.
