Hey guys! I gathered more info about Billybob’s test penguin, Qillybob.
He wears one item…The Tour Guide hat
He has ALL famous penguin backgrounds without even meeting them, but NEVER wears them as his normal background, Aunt Artic, Rockhopper, Sensei etc.
First pin: Koi Fish Pin.
He is not a Tour Guide but somehow, has the hat of a tour guide.
He is not an agent but can access the HQ and the EPF command room.
His favorite famous penguin(s) is The Penguin Band.
He is not a Ninja, although he can access the Hideout, the first time he ever entered the Hideout was the day before the Volcano activity was revealed to all penguins.
He has UNLIMITED COINS.
He really wants to make a special room just for members, perhaps the Volcano was his idea of the members-only room.
He can break-dance without the Boom-Box, just like Cadence.
There was a message telling other Moderators that Billybob was putting together a new test penguin, which says that he is far more special than other test penguins made by moderators.
His Number One phrase is “It’s always a party with you guys!”.

In your CP tutorial, the Gift Shop one, it says you can enter the HQ from there. Thats not true. You can only enter the HQ from the Sport Shop.
