Here is what I think the party hat will look like for the 4th Anniversary Party:
Now why do I know the hat will be these colors? Well, if you take a look at the 4th Anniversary pin, you will notice the colors light blue, blue and purple. Last year the 3rd Anniversary Pin had the colors orange, yellow, and blue.
Basically, the 3rd Anniversary party hat is the same colors at the 3rd Anniversary pin.
So I’m thinking the 4th Anniversary pin will be the same colors as the 4th Anniversary hat. Does that make sense? What do you think about my little theory?

I have a strong feeling you guess f you look at the 3rd Anniversary Party Pin the Colors where Orange Yellow Blue which WAS the color of the hat!

hey chris dog and everyone… i know the colour for the new anniversary hat. from the home page of club penguin when you click play now, above the login options etc. there is a picture of the anniversary party and at the back really small there is a penguin whereing a pink/purple and yellow hat. this is so the new hat.
