So not really around exact subject as your publish, but I discovered this today and I just cannot resist sharing. My dishwasher quit operating so she known a repairman. Since she needed to go to work the next operating day, she informed him, “I’ll depart the key under the mat. Repair the dishwasher, leave the invoice close to the counter, and I’ll mail you the check. Oh, and by the way…don’t be concerned about my Doberman. He won’t bother you. But, what ever you do, don’t beneath ANY circumstances talk to my parrot!” When the repairman arrived at Mrs. Agathe’s apartment the subsequent working, he found the greatest and meanest searching Doberman he had ever seen. But just as she had said, the canine merely laid there on the carpet, viewing the repairman go about his business. Nevertheless, the entire time the parrot drove him nuts with his incessant cursing, yelling and name-calling.

That is a topic that I have a serious strong passion about. I think most people today overlook how important this topic is. I believe this can be a foundation upon which various things are built just in case we do this step wrong, there are several dire consequences in the future.
