If you find Rockhopper on Club Penguin, hes almost always crowded by tons of penguins. Well, when there are that many penguins in a room the server becomes very slow. If you click on his player card, his clothing and background will not load for a few seconds and Rockhopper will look like a normal penguin.
In order to do this you will have had to found Rockhopper. Have you found him yet? Let me know what you think of this cheat!
